The Executive Board of the company implements an Investment Committee with at least one representative of the financial partners and one representative of the shareholders.
Statutory obligations of the society require transparency vis-à-vis the financial regulator and lay the foundation for a governance with international standards. On behalf of its partners Pulsar Partners thus commits itself to realize a quarterly report according to the standards established by the regulator and a report within the rules defined by the Executive Board.
These reports aim to enable the society to monitor the investment activity on behalf of its partners, the impact of its investments on yields of financial vehicles and overall adequacy of the investment strategy.
Investment Committee
The investment committee is a governance body within the Executive Board of Pulsar Partners. This control unit is designed as efficient investment strategy, shared with the executive team of the consulting company and the members of the committee.
Investment charter
The investment charter presents the commitments of Pulsar Partners as investor. This charter is adopted by the Executive Board and presented to our partners. This charter is a sign of good will and allows to guarantee ethical and responsible conduct vis-à-vis our partners and the financial market.
